GENERAL WARRANTY
Speakerhu warrants every product to be
free from defects in material and workmanship and agrees to correct such
defects or replace faulty product, free of charge.
this warranty covers 180 days for
products and 60 days for labour to the original buyer from purchasing
date. but doesn't apply to defects or damage arising directly or
indirectly from physical, mechanical or electrical misuse, abuse,
improperly installed or assembled, incorrect operation, negligence,
accidents, lack of maintenance or service, or where the product is
tampered with, altered or repaired without Speakerhu prior written
permission, or wher the product is used for a purpose other than that
which it is intended.
COMPANY LIABILITY
Speakerhu or its appointed representative
shall, in no event or circumstance be liable for any claim or
responsible for injuries, accidental or otherwise, death to persons or
damage to property or for incidental contingent, special or
consequential damages due to defective and/or improper use or arising
out of or in connection with the sale, manufacture or by any other means
since the seller cannot control the manner or use of its products after
the sale.
